Jamie is a Lexington based writer, teacher and sculptural artist, who received a bachelor’s degree in writing for children and young adults from Lesley University in 2018. They’ve spent the past decade’s worth of summers teaching costuming to the amazingly talented students at Somerville Children’s Theater, and enjoy spending their weekends vending at craft fairs and festivals. Jamie works in a variety of mediums to create whimsical and fantasy inspired pieces that are intended to emphasize the tactile and interactive elements of art, in order to encourage creativity and play.
